Service Center Lobby Renovation

We are excited to begin renovations on our Service Center lobby to improve customer experience. Starting January 5, 2026, our lobby will be under construction. Our lobby operations will move to the Board Room (directly next to the Customer Service lobby) for the duration of the project.

We expect the project to last several months. Please consider limiting your in-person visits to our lobby during this time.

Why Are You Remodeling?

With expanded fiber internet services for the City of Holland, our customer service team has also grown to better serve our customers. This renovation will improve customer service windows and add a new window specific to broadband. Fiber internet customers will be able to easily pick up or drop off equipment at the Service Center.

These renovations will also improve ergonomics for our team members, who currently utilize standing service windows to assist customers.

Where Can I Pay? 

Customers can visit the Service Center to make bill payments during this time. With construction and limited room in our temporary space, we encourage you to consider paying over the phone (616.355.1500) or online. None of our card payments require additional service fees. 

Customers needing to visit our Service Center in-person during this time may continue to do so through the main front entrance. Please use caution as you enter. Accessible parking spaces and customer service windows will be available during this time. 

Where Will Board Meetings Be Held? 

Regular board meetings will be held at the City Council Chambers (270 S River), and Study Sessions will be held at Holland BPW's offices at 49 W 3rd Street. Please visit our website at the button below to confirm times, dates and venues.
