Variable Compensation Plan
We have an established goal/performance oriented program that encourages and awards HBPW employees who strive and set goals that bring success to Holland Board of Public Works. These goals provide a direct link to the corporate goals established and approved by senior management and the Board of Directors. Each year, the senior management and Board of Directors evaluate corporate, team and individual goals to determine a variable compensation factor. The determined amount is delivered on a year basis to eligible employees.
