·
12th St, Pine to
College: Water main, sanitary sewer and
roadway replacement. Storm sewer will be
replaced as necessary. The recently replaced
Pine and River intersections will not be disturbed.

12th St, College
to Columbia: Water main and sanitary sewer
replacement.
·
12th St,
Columbia to Lincoln: Water main and
sanitary sewer replacement. Restoration
will reflect the planned vacation of this portion of 12th St.
·
12th St, Lincoln
to Fairbanks: Water main and sanitary
sewer replacement. The roadway will be
resurfaced as necessary.
·
College, 14th to
Graves Place: Water main
replacement. Roadway and storm sewer
will be replace between 12th St and Graves Pl.

Funding
·
This project
will be funded by the Holland BPW and the City of Holland with no anticipated
out-of-pocket costs for customers and residents.
Additional Information
·
Customers will
receive 24 hours notice prior to interruptions in water service.
·
Sewer service
interruptions are not anticipated.
·
Access will be
maintained for customers located within the project limits. However, driveway access may be impacted for
short periods of time as part of typical construction activities. Additional driveway access restrictions may
be necessary when pavement is being placed.
·
Sprinklers
and/or landscaping located within the affected rights-of-way are subject to the
City’s Lawn Component Policy located herein.
·
Affected
customers will receive additional information in the form of mailings and
meetings as plans and schedules are developed.
One of the mailings will include contact information for Holland BPW,
City of Holland and Contractor personnel for use in the event of questions or
concerns.

Country Club Rd
from 8th to 16th will be closed to all through traffic
during the project. However, local
traffic will be maintained for customers and residents living within the project
limits. Driveway access may be impacted
for short periods of time as part of typical construction activities. Additional driveway access restrictions may
be necessary when pavement is being placed.
During these times you will be allowed to part overnight on side steets
without being cited. The Holland Police
Department will be informed not to cite vehicles registered to Country Club Rd
addresses.
