NOTE: All public sewer main extensions, no matter the length, require a Permit for Wastewater Systems and respective Streamline Checklist (if applicable) from the Michigan Department of Natural Resources and Environment (DNRE).  The permit application must be signed by the HBPW for public sewer main extensions within the City of Holland.

All public water main extensions, no matter the length, require a Permit for Water Supply Systems and respective Streamlined Checklist (if applicable) from the Michigan Department of Natural Resources and Environment (DNRE).  The permit application must be signed by the HBPW for public water main extensions within the City of Holland.

Plans and specifications must be reviewed and approved by the HBPW prior to making application to the making application to the DNRE.  Only COMPLETE and accurate applications will be signed and approved.
