• HBPW Power Supply Plan - The Holland BPW contracted with Black & Veatch to perform a power supply plan for the Holland area. The plan details the power supply study process and load forecast, screening analysis, supply option modeling and indicative results, and community benefits. The plan was presented to the community in February of 2010 at two public forums.
