Why not go green and exchange your monthly paper statement for a paperless version! Even the small things can make a difference by reducing mailbox clutter and helping the environment. Paperless bills offer a convenient and easy way to manage your account. You’ll have quick and easy access to your account information. It’s secure and you’ll be able to view your bill at any time online. Both the monthly paper statement and paperless options are no charge.
To take advantage of Paperless billing or to just view your bill online, you’ll first need to set up access to your account through Payment Service Network (PSN), HBPW’s designated third-party payment processing company. Once you register for this convenient service, you will receive an email when your statement is ready to view. To sign up for Paperless Billing, click on the appropriate link below. Once you have registered for Paperless Billing, you will also have the ability to pay your HBPW invoices online. Paperless Billing is a free service; a convenience fee does apply to online payments.

How to pay
The Holland Board of Public Works currently accepts direct payments, cash, check, e-check or credit card. Please note that e-check and credit card payments can only be taken online or by phone (877-390-7368). Payment method descriptions are listed below.

Budget Billing – a monthly payment plan that allows you to pay your utility bill in equal monthly payments throughout the year. You may pay your budget billing with any of the above payment methods. |
