The Holland Community Sustainability Committee was recently created by the Holland City Council and the Holland BPW Board of Directors, and members are appointed by both entities. The committee is dedicated to addressing the following issues:
- Energy conservation, efficiency and supply
- City Energy Audit (CHEF report) action items
- Air quality
- Waste recycling and reduction
- Water quality and conservation
- Transportation
