You can stop by our offices at 625 Hastings Ave to make payments in person. This is valuable if you would like a receipt. Virtually all accounts with the Holland BPW are billed on a monthly cycle. You should receive a bill in the mail each month on more or less the same day. You can return the bill with your payment using the regular mail system. You should allow time for the mail to be delivered, so your payments arrives on or before the due date. Payments are credited to accounts on the date they are received, not on the date of the postmark. See map.

Customers often ask which payment method is the best. There is no perfect answer to that. It depends on the particular circumstances of the customer. We think that the most reliable and efficient for you and for our bill processing system is the 'Automatic Bill Payment' method. With this method,  payment of your account happens exactly on the due date, there is no cost to you, you still receive your normal bill showing your monthly charges and the date due. On our end, the processing is all electronic which helps us keep our costs down. You save time and money and are assured that your bills are paid on time.
